1. Website use

You may browse the site and send requests for lawful purposes only. Do not disrupt the site, submit false details, or reuse its content without permission.

2. Requests and contract formation

A submitted form or email is a request only. No service contract, booking or price obligation arises until we confirm it in writing. The confirmed offer states the service contents, price, and cancellation and refund terms, as required by Закон України № 324/95-ВР «Про туризм» від 15.09.1995.

3. Accuracy of information

Descriptions and prices are accurate and substantiated under Закон України № 270/96-ВР «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996. Obvious errors may be corrected before confirmation.

4. Cancellation, refunds and complaints

Your statutory rights apply under Закон України № 3153-IX «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023. Write to contact@phylentis.com and we reply within 30 days. No mandatory pre-litigation procedure is imposed.
