1. Provider and scope
phylentis.com (LLC), EDRPOU 34841497, provides tourism services under Закон України № 324/95-ВР «Про туризм» від 15.09.1995 and sells them online under Закон України № 675-VIII «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015. Every offer states the service contents, total price, cancellation and refund terms and our details above before you confirm a booking or pay.
2. Free cancellation
Cancel free of charge until the deadline in your offer (usually 30 days before departure; tailor-made requests follow their own deadline). Write to contact@phylentis.com quoting your booking number.
3. Cancellation fees
- 30–15 days before departure: 30% of the price.
- 14–7 days: 50%.
- Under 7 days or no-show: 100%.
Non-refundable supplier items (air tickets, visas, prepaid hotel rates) follow the supplier conditions disclosed in your offer.
4. Refunds and changes
Refunds are paid by the original method within 14 calendar days of accepting the cancellation; bank fees may be deducted. If we cancel, choose a full refund or an equivalent alternative. One date or name change per booking is free where suppliers allow it; fare differences and supplier fees are quoted in advance.
5. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints with your booking number and evidence to contact@phylentis.com within 14 days of the service ending; we reply within 30 calendar days. No mandatory pre-litigation procedure applies, and your rights under Закон України № 3153-IX «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 are unaffected.
6. Data, cookies and advertising
Personal data and non-essential cookies require your consent under Закон України № 3674-IX «Про захист персональних даних» від 25.04.2024 and Закон України № 1089-IX «Про електронні комунікації» від 16.12.2020. Advertising claims are accurate under Закон України № 270/96-ВР «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996.
